Service Terms & Liability
Liability Waiver
TotalCleanSolution maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all staff. While we exercise extreme caution, the Company is not liable for damage to unsecured or fragile items not disclosed prior to service. We recommend securing valuables before our arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 100% service charge. This policy allows us to manage staff schedules efficiently and serve other clients in the Mandaluyong area.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month.
